We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you need to return something, please follow the steps below to ensure your return is processed smoothly. 

Return Window

Returns must be received by us within 30 days of the delivery date. Before sending anything back, please email us at info@wolfandbearprints.co.uk to notify us of your return. This helps us handle your request efficiently.
Returns sent without prior notice may be delayed.

Changed Your Mind?

If you've changed your mind or no longer want the item we are here to help :)

  • The item must be returned unused and in its original packaging.

  • You're responsible for arranging and paying for the return.

  • Please include your name and order number outside the parcel.

If you change your mind, we’re happy to offer a free exchange or store credit. Alternatively, if you prefer a refund, a 10% restocking fee will be deducted to help cover handling and processing costs.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we’ll make it right:

  • We'll cover the return shipping costs.

  • You can choose a replacement (shipped via express delivery), a full refund, or store credit.

Returns of Unwanted Gifts

We understand gifts aren’t always the perfect match. If you'd like to return a gift:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to help cover postage and handling costs.

  • Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is damaged or defective.

  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • We aim to process returns within 2 working days of receiving your item.

  • Refunds usually appear in your account within 5 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Important Notes

  • We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured postal service.

  • You are responsible for the safe return of goods until they reach us.

  • Items returned with damage, writing, or labels on the product or packaging may be deemed unsellable and non-returnable.
