Delivery Information – Wolf and Bear Prints

We ship our made-to-order art prints from the UK to customers all over the world. Delivery costs and estimated times are shown at checkout once you've entered your shipping address.

Please note that during peak periods (such as public holidays, the run-up to Christmas, or around Mother’s Day), delivery may take a little longer due to increased demand. While we do everything we can to dispatch orders promptly, courier delays are occasionally outside our control.

If you’re ordering for a special occasion or need your item by a specific date, we recommend placing your order as early as possible. Got questions? Tracking & Dispatch Info

All orders come with full tracking once shipped. You’ll receive tracking details via email as soon as your order is on its way. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out—we’re happy to help.

Please note that some of our products may be shipped separately. For example, if your order includes both a Print only Item and a Framed Art Print , they may come in separate parcels, possibly arriving on different days.

Taxes & Import Duties

  • UK Orders: All prices shown include VAT.

  • International Orders: You may be charged local taxes or import duties upon arrival. These are your responsibility as the buyer, and we recommend checking with your country’s customs office for more info. Unfortunately, we can’t cover or refund these charges.
